Shopping with OnPoint is always safe, thanks to our safe shopping guarantee. When you place an order on our site you are effectively offering to buy the product which means that there is no binding contract unless we have cleared your payment. We generate an email during this time but this reply simply confirms we have received your request. Acceptance of your order occurs on payment being confirmed.
Delivery and Charges
In the UK, all goods are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked or Courier. The companies we use are Royal Mail or DPD and parcels are delivered in 48 hours or sooner from date of despatch. We endeavour to despatch all orders within one day of their receipt. You can track your order’s progress on-line by contacting our office for its consignment number.
Outside the UK carriage is charged at the appropriate Zone Rate as advised. The same couriers are used as for Domestic deliveries.
There is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 including VAT per order, levied on all orders placed. Delivery time is 2 days for UK mainland and 3 days for remote locations from date of despatch.
UK Highland, Islands and Northern Ireland
There is a standard delivery charge of £14.95 including VAT per order, levied on all orders placed in these regions. This is the charge from our couriers DPD or UK Mail*. Delivery time could be up to 3 days for remote locations from date of despatch.
*This figure can be reduced to £4.00 if you opt for a delivery by Recorded Royal Mail Post (for orders up to 1kg in wieght).These orders would have to be made by calling us as the automatic on-line carriage is the default courier charge and delivery is not insured as in the case when choosing a courier.
Standard Delivery to European Union countries costs £15.00 to £25.00 for a package and is sent by DPD International and we require a signature on receipt. Delivery time is 3-5 days, from date of despatch, depending on distance from the UK.
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase from OnPoint, you can obtain a full refund by returning the product to us within 14 calendar days of the date you received it and in the same condition as when you received it. For returning an item, please contact us by telephone prior to return on 01823 414436 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once notice of your cancellation has been received and we are in possession of the returned goods, Firstcall will make a refund of the contract price to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. This will be done within 30 days of the date of cancellation. The cost of returning goods in this situation will be met by the purchaser.
